２番目については、はてブ民が「そんなに嫌ならBASIC認証使え」なんて言いますし、またジャンルによっては「同好の士」側が「鍵を掛けること（パスワードで入室制限）」を強制してくるというパターンもあるそうなんですが（生、半生、とだけ。私は現時点では２次元にしか手を出してないので伝聞でしかないです）、私の意見としては「どう運営するかは管理人が決めること」とだけ言いたいです。
僕の意見としては「公開されているものを（法や規約に反しない範囲で）どう利用するかは閲覧者が決めること」とだけ言いたい。
